Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione una hall con reception (aperta 24 ore su 24) e cassetta di sicurezza e sportello per il cambio valuta. L'albergo offre inoltre un ristorante à la carte e un ristorante a buffet, una sala conferenze ed terminale per l'accesso ad Internet.
